First Footage From Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

One film that is quickly gaining a lot of momentum, is Timur Bekmambetov’s big-screen adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith’s novel Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. We’ve had two stunning posters, a few photos from the film and now MTV has unveiled some behind-the-scenes footage from the film.

Sadly its not available to view in the UK so I’m unsure whether we get to see any action, either way its the first footage from the film, so check it out below

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter will be directed & produced by Timur Bekmambetov and Tim Burton will be acting as executive producer, 20th Century Fox are aiming for a June 22, 2012 release date, and the film is said to be shot in 3D.

“Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of our greatest President, and the untold story that shaped our nation. Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the blood-thirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history’s greatest hunter of the undead.”
